The client is key and must be kept happy, and the Web Project Manager is the main contact for the client. Therefore an excellent knowledge of the entire web architecture that encompasses each web project such as user experience, design, content, SEO/search, analytics and social media marketing is also desirable. This ensures that all contact with the client will be of the highest quality in relation to the planning process.
