Markus Hofmann, Ph.D.

CEO & Founder

Markus Hofmann is an enthusiastic applied data scientist with over twenty years experience in the IT sector. He’s also a keen entrepreneur and has helped over 25 different start-up companies. Markus holds a Ph.D. from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and an MSc. in Computing from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He has published many international journal and conference papers and edited multiple books.

Angie Kennedy

Business Development Manager

Angie is a focused and driven individual with extensive experience in implementing, managing and optimising multi-level business practices. She provided British Gas with successful compliance solutions that satisfied regulatory requirements, protected customers, maximised growth and added value. Furthermore she delivered oversight and assurance to senior managers of their regulatory risks to deliver outcomes for customers.

David O’Neill

Software Engineer

David O’Neill is one of our Software Engineers who manages our database implementation. David holds an honours degree in Computer Science and did a thesis on a phonics learning tool for enhancing children’s literacy skills and built a very successful app on it. When David is not building an Android or web based application during the weekends he can be seen on the golf course taking money off his friends.

Hugh O’Neill

UX Analyst

Hugh O’Neill is our UX Analyst and holds an honours degree in Computing. For his final year project he designed and built a PHP web application that aided educators in assessing their students’ progress through the use of peer assessment techniques. At Treasury Delta Hugh is constantly looking at ways to enhance the user experience and customer journey. Hugh is an avid Liverpool supporter and shows off his many talents at his weekly five a side.

Aron Cassidy

IT Security Analyst

Aron Cassidy is our IT Security Analyst and holds a first class degree in Computing with a final year project in web technology advancements. Aron’s main role at Treasury Delta is to monitor changes in the IT security landscape and ensure the design and implementation of our platforms’ security architecture is at the cutting edge. When Aron is not debating IT security policies with ethical hackers he is either cheering on Newcastle United or will be on his PlayStation.

Pawel Budnik

Software Engineer

Pawel Budnik is one of our Software Engineers with a particular focus on database architecture and design. Pawel holds an honours degree in Computer Science and completed a final year project on Artificial Intelligence and pathfinding algorithms. If Pawel is not reading about cloud technologies or the internet of things he is either climbing an internal wall in Dublin or travelling the World looking for the next mountain to climb.

Brett Becker, Ph.D.

High Performance & Cloud Guru

Brett Becker holds a Ph.D from the School of Computer Science and Informatics at University College Dublin where he was a member of the Heterogeneous Computing Laboratory. Further he graduated with an MSc in Computational Science from the same school. Brett’s undergraduate degrees are a BA(Hons) in Computer Science and a BA(Hons) in Physics from Drew University (NJ, USA), where he also earned a minor degree in Mathematics.

Claire Sheehan

Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship

Claire Sheehan’s educational background is in Anthropology, German, Philosophy, International Journalism, Graphic Design, Photography and Digital Skills to include website design, development, social media, marketing and much more. She is responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Kyle Goslin

Text Analysis Engineer

Kyle Goslin is in his final stages of finishing his Ph.D. in Automated Search Query Enhancement. Kyle is also a gifted software developer, educationalist and DIYer.
