We always provide support linked to our product. However, we are unfortunately not in a position to aid with result interpretation. If in doubt, please email us on support@wordalytics.com.
What about Refunds?
Refunds are entirely up to our discretion and generally can only be given if our product failed to produce an online analysis report.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you can still use your credits until the expiration date. You will also be able to login and access any previously created reports for a period of at least 6 months.
How are payments processed?
We are using Stripe, Inc to process our payments. We also use most current and state of the art encryption technologies to ensure that your information is safe and protected.
What is a Credit
Our subscription packages are based on limited number of submissions of URL analyses. Each submission is equal to one Credit.
